1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RouteForge Pro ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including business customers ("tenants"), their employees, and end customers accessing tenant portals or booking pages.
2. Platform Description
RouteForge Pro is a multi-tenant field service management platform providing dispatch, scheduling, invoicing, customer management, compliance tracking, and communication tools. The platform serves multiple service verticals including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fuel delivery, waste management, and others.
3. Account Responsibilities
- Tenants are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the platform
- Account credentials must be kept confidential
- Tenants are responsible for their employees' use of the platform
- Tenants must comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction, including tax collection and labor regulations
4. SMS Messaging Terms
RouteForge Pro sends transactional SMS messages on behalf of tenants to their end customers. By providing a phone number during service booking or account creation, end customers consent to receive the following types of messages:
- Appointment confirmations and scheduling updates
- Technician dispatch and arrival notifications
- Payment receipts and invoice reminders
- Equipment maintenance and warranty alerts
Message frequency varies based on service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to opt out at any time. Text HELP for assistance. Opt-out requests are processed immediately. Phone numbers are not shared with third parties for marketing.
SMS services are provided via Twilio. By using SMS features, you also agree to Twilio's Terms of Service.
5. Payment and Billing
Tenants are billed according to their selected plan. Payment processing is handled via Stripe. Invoices generated through the platform for end customers are the responsibility of the tenant. RouteForge Pro is not a party to transactions between tenants and their customers.
6. Data and Privacy
Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Tenants own their data. RouteForge Pro processes data on behalf of tenants and does not claim ownership of tenant content, customer records, or business data.
7. Intellectual Property
The RouteForge Pro platform, including its design, code, and features, is the intellectual property of RouteForge LLC. Tenants retain ownership of their business data, branding assets, and customer information entered into the platform.
8. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, including but not limited to missed appointments or delayed notifications.
9. Limitation of Liability
RouteForge Pro is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the tenant in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, tenants may request a data export. Data will be retained for 90 days after termination, then permanently deleted.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active tenants. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
