What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone, business info), service data you create in the platform (jobs, invoices, customer records, photos, messages), technician GPS location when tracking is enabled, and standard usage logs.
How we use it
To run the platform: scheduling, dispatch, invoicing, notifications, analytics, and product improvements. We don't sell personal information.
SMS
Providing a phone number opts you into transactional SMS (appointment confirmations, dispatch alerts, receipts). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for assistance. Phone numbers are not shared for marketing.
Who we share with
Infrastructure providers needed to operate the service (e.g. Supabase, Twilio, Resend, Render, Google Maps, AI providers), and when required by law. Tenants access only their own data.
Security & retention
TLS in transit, row-level security, encrypted storage. Data is kept for the life of your subscription plus 90 days. You can request export or deletion at any time.
